PSA Grading

Update (8 October 2025)

We are pleased to advise that we have re-opened our PSA grading service, although with new terms to ensure a faster and more efficient process:

  1. We will no longer be offering the "Value Bulk" option - while this is the cheapest it is also the slowest and we are not willing to offer this service given the extended timeframes and the amount of customer queries that it generates.  We think that people will prefer the faster options and this will make the process more efficient.
  2. There is a 5 card minimum for submissions, again to help make the process more efficient.
  3. We will be shipping to PSA every two weeks to help speed up the process.
  4. We have created some new resources so that people can understand the grading process, including how to prepare cards for submission and what is/isn't included.

Please see the graphic below for pricing and estimated timeframes, and please carefully read all terms and conditions below before submitting your cards - thank you and good luck with your grading!

What is PSA Grading?

Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) is the largest and most trusted third-party trading card authentication and grading company in the World.  We can help you get your cards graded by PSA in the United States.  PSA provides an assessment of a card's condition on a 1-10 scale.  We offer this service because PSA grading increases a card's credibility, desirability and value.

The Important Parts

  1. Bring your cards to us ready to be submitted in sleeves and semi-rigid protectors.  Toploaders are only acceptable for cards that are 130pt or thicker.  All relevant supplies are available for purchase if required.  We cannot accept cards unless properly prepared because it may result in additional fees or rejection by PSA.
  2. Submissions are accepted in-person at our Mount Ommaney or Upper Coomera shops.
  3. Minimum of 5 cards per submission.
  4. No paperwork required - just provide us with your name and contact details and we will let you know when your cards are ready for collection (please do not contact us asking for interim updates).
  5. We ship submissions to PSA every two weeks
  6. We reserve the right to exclude customers from the grading service at our discretion

Upcharges

PSA has various pricing tiers which are based upon the estimated value of the card.  It is up to you to decide which category to submit under - we recommend looking at recent sales of PSA 9 versions of your card using ebay.com or 130point.com.

If PSA determines that your card should be assessed at a higher tier, an upcharge will apply.  If an upcharge applies, we will send you an invoice for the relevant amount, which must be paid prior to picking up your cards.

What Is Included

  • PSA grading fees (unless an upcharge applies)
  • Entering your cards into PSA's system and general management of your submission

  • All communications with PSA, DHL/FedEx, Customs, etc
  • Contacting you to advise that your graded cards are ready for collection from the shop (and of any upcharges, if applicable)
