- Do you buy cards?

- Do you do PSA grading?
Please see the PSA Grading page for all information about PSA grading (including specifically that there are no interim updates - you receive an order confirmation and then an email when your order is ready for pickup).
- Do you sell singles?
We have singles available at both our Mount Ommaney and Upper Coomera stores across Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, NFL, F1, NRL, AFL, WWE, UFC, and Pokémon, ranging from $1 mix packs to high-end graded singles.
- Can you (a) call me, (b) hold stock for me, (c) provide a valuation of my collection, (d) look at my cards and advise which ones I should get graded?
Unfortunately these are not services that we provide due to time constraints, as our busy staff need to stay focused on shipping orders and serving customers in-store.
- How often do you ship orders?
We offer same day shipping with Australia Post for orders are placed by 2pm AEST (Queensland time), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- How long will my package take to get to me?
Generally shipping times are 1-2 business days for Express Post and 3-5 business days for Parcel Post. Shipments to Western Australia may take slightly longer. International orders usually take 1-2 weeks - please note that you are responsible for any customs imposed by your country.
- Are you hiring right now?
No, we aren't hiring. If we are, we will advertise.
